  • A detailed project plan with a review of operations, change management and risk management plans
  • Interviews with key employees in every function, document current- and future-state processes
  • Surveying the market for potential vendors
  • Developing and issuing a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • Vendor identification
  • Managing vendor interaction
  • Coordinating vendor demonstrations
  • Analyzing and evaluating vendor proposals, including software fit and total cost of ownership, followed by a recommend choice
  • Negotiating, or supporting the client in negotiation of vendor contract
